The Basic Package is for the do-it-yourselfers who have at least a basic understanding of buying and selling real estate (or are willing to put in some time to learn). The Basic Package is a limited engagement that focuses on the purchase contract. We assist with the contract rider negotiation. Once that’s signed and you have a fully executed and binding agreement, our services shift to a more limited scope. Everything after contract signing is delivered digitally, and you deal directly with the buyer or seller, as applicable. Don’t worry, we give you all the tools and forms you’ll need to navigate your closing successfully, and we remain available to step in and assist if you need (billed hourly).
Our Closings Plus service covers all the essentials of your transaction from contract to closing, plus gives every client access to our library of client resources.
Traditional “white glove” service. We handle everything from start to finish with unlimited consultation time. You also get access to our Client Resource Center.
